Your birth chart is a picture of where the planets were in the sky at the moment you were born.
There is an old idea which says breath is analogous with spirit. Many languages around the world have a single word which means both “breath” and “spirit”. The astrological tradition uses the movement and position of the planets to interpret how the spirit of a given time is likely to look and feel. The old idea is that you were imprinted with the spirit of the moment you first drew breath.
An understanding of your birth chart can offer meaningful, even profound insights regarding the overall shape of your life, relationships, career, strengths, challenges, motivations, and passions. Furthermore, by reviewing how the current sky interacts with your birth chart at any given time, you can learn to anticipate periods of hardship and ease, loss and bounty.
About the workshop
Working with astrologer Lee Saville-Iksic, workshop participants will develop a working knowledge of the four core components of reading your birth chart: planets, signs, houses, and aspects.
Those who pre-register will be provided with a copy of their full chart to use during the workshop.
